Returns & Refunds

Christian WR accepts return requests within 30 days after delivery. Request a return through the Contact Us form and include your order number, item and reason for returning it. We will provide return instructions; please do not send items to a supplier without contacting us first. For a change-of-mind return, clothing must be unworn, unused and in its original condition, with tags and original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping. Original delivery charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order details and a description of the issue. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover any required return shipping for our error or a defective item. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, where a return is required. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. Contact us before ordering a replacement size. These conditions do not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.
